Pam Taylor Chair.

Bruce Hogan has lived in Lydbrook for 44 years. He is married to Lydbrook born Denise. A Parish and District Councillor, Bruce has been a trustee of Lydbrook Memorial Hall for 18 years.

Keith Newman has been a resident of Lydbrook for the last 21 years and on the Hall Committee for the last 4 years, having held the post of Chairperson and now Treasurer. He got involved as it was such a shame to see a locally important building struggling to stay viable. If such buildings and organisations are to keep going you have to get involved, so he did. He’s put a fair bit of time into the renovations and decorating over the last 4 years. He is a mechanical engineer by trade and likes to think he brings some practical skills to help out. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking in the forest and woodturning.

Stuart Allison moved to Lydbrook from East Yorkshire in January 2015. He became a trustee for the Hall after the AGM in 2016. He helps with seeking grants for various projects, some decorating in the Hall, and set up this website. His interests include photography, (see his Facebook page), writing fiction as Stuart Aken, walking with his wife, Valerie in the Forest, reading, and generally enjoying the area they chose as their home on retirement. Following the AGM in 2019, he has resigned the role of Chairman.

Jim Matthews was born at Dilke Hospital and raised up in Lydbrook, where his parents lived opposite the Recreation Ground. He worked for Edwards Transport until they closed and then started his own Haulage company in 1984. He is a life member and active committee member of Lydbrook AFC for over 50 years. He has been on the Hall committee since 2017.
